CHOOSING WHAT AND HOW TO LABEL

There are minimum labeling requirements for all foods but knowing what specific labeling requirements impact your food is where we can help.  We can also help substantiate claims and prepare your product for third-party certifications such as Non-GMO Project Verified or USDA Organic.  Some claims, such as gluten-free, may require lab analysis which we can work with you or your suppliers on obtaining.
